With elections coming up in Bihar, BJP’s culture wing has printed posters with the promise of bringing justice to Sushant Singh Rajput In India, The Assembly Elections are just around the corner in October-November for Bihar, and the Political parties have all kinds of gimmicks coming up from their sleeves. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is all geared up for the upcoming assembly elections.
The party’s cultural wing says that they plan to bring about peace to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The late actor was found in his apartment on 14 June, which was initially seen as a suicide, but CBI is still investigating.
Masks and posters with his face splashed across them have been distributed to the public in large numbers. The party claims that they haven’t forgotten the actor and won’t let the people forget him either.
The actor has initially been from Patna, Bihar, where his family still resides. Hence, BJP claims that the issue is an emotional one rather than a political one. Banking on people’s emotions has always been a wilful tactic for politicians, and that is why as soon as BJP got 30,000 of these masks printed, the opposition had something to say.
Bihar BJP president also commented that Sushant Singh Rajput is Bihar’s son, and he will get justice no matter what. Jaiswal also wrote a letter to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, saying that Rajiv Nagar Chowk in Patna is named after Rajput.
RJD slammed the saffron party for politicizing the issue by involving the dead actor and influencing people’s emotions. Other parties like Congress have also claimed that BJP is using the actor’s death for their selfish purposes. CBI probe is invited and demanded by these parties. The late actor’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakroborty, was summoned for questioning recently and has been arrested for drug abuse.
